Well hello there!

A little about my internet life
I got my first computer and got on the internet in March of 1997. I immediately got obsessed with making my own webpages, blogs, etc. I taught myself HTML and a little CSS because I liked understanding how it worked. I looked at other peoples' source code and recreated it, modifying it to suit my own taste and needs.

As the years went on, my life changed, and the obsession faded. The internet became a different place. Instead of being a world of creative websites, blogs, message boards, and chat rooms, it's become a virtual mega mall with billboards everywhere.

So, lately, I've become seriously nostalgic for the 90's, and my life in New York City (which was in the 90's), and I started snooping around online to see if there were others like me. And there is! And in place of the beloved Geocities we all gravitated toward in the 90's, we now have Neocities, where we can all come back and do our thing.

So if you're so inclined, you can bookmark my page and check back for updates. At some point maybe I'll set up an email update system, if there seems to be enough interest. But for now, just take a poke around. Those of you who are old enough to remember the internet in the 90's can do some reminiscing... you newbies can just marvel at how different it was back then.
